If you HAVE been vaccinated you do not have to wear a mask.
If you have NOT been vaccinated we ask that you pleas wear a mask at all times.

Online Appointment Scheduling:
When scheduling an appointment through our online portal please follow these steps:
1. You must add the service called "HAIR CONSULTATION" in addition to your selected service.
2. If you have extra long(past shoulders) or thick hair you must add the hair add on service called "length & density charge" to ensure enough time for your service.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we kindly request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. We ask to hold most of our reservations with a card. A cancellation fee is applied to the card for no shows or missed appointments without a 24 hour notice.
For extended appointments we may require a deposit fee to guarantee your appointment day and time. This fee will be applied as a credit towards your service. Should you decline to pay a deposit fee, we will be happy to see you as a walk-in guest.
Cancellation fee/No Show fee is half the dollar amount for the scheduled services. Cancellations less than 24 hours and no-show appointments may result in the loss of your booking privileges, forfeiture of your deposit fee, or require a deposit for future appointments.
The cancellation policy allows the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our stylist’s/therapist schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. The policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
We understand that certain circumstances may make it difficult for you to arrive on time to your service. Late appointments will receive the time remaining on their scheduled service or, due to the nature of the service, may need to be rescheduled.
Child Policy: The age limit for children's haircuts are from 5 years old to 8 years old. Color services for children under the age of 18 will require in person parental approval. We kindly request that only those receiving services be present in the service areas. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing service experience, it is enforced with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Children are not permitted on the styling floor and we cannot accommodate them while you’re having a service. Please arrange child care before your visit.
Pricing policy: Pricing provided by guest services/online is a starting price point and is subject to increase due to level of stylist and at their discretion determined by product usage, technique and length/density of hair.
Product returns: Unused products may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase with a valid Touch Aveda salon receipt.
