Jennifer is great. She knows the look I want. How to deal with my thinning hair to make it look its best. And is an expert in color. And if you have not experienced Jennifer’s shampoo and head massage you are missing out. It totally releases all the stress in your body. I told her today I should see if I could just book her like every other Friday for just that. It’s better than a full hour body massage. The staff is always so very nice and accommodating. They make you feel so at home and welcomed. I’ll be coming to the salon as long as I have hair on my head. And most likely still coming for a scalp massage after that.

It was my first visit to Touch Aveda. Reception was so nice and guided me to a stylist they thought would be great for the cut I was looking for. Josie added some highlights that were the perfect shade of soft blonde and cut my blunt hair into the nicest bob with some texture. Absolutely love it !

Have had Jennifer do my hair for years and have never been disappointed. Spa atmosphere is always warm friendly and inviting.

From the Reception to the stylist everyone Provided exceptional service! I like many of the AVEDA products and noticed that you have stocked many of these products. The salon was clean and the restroom was very clean. Possibly the salon could do with a bit of an update bring in neutrals and Florida plants.Maybe The AVEDA products add enough color and with Florida inspired abstract art and a natural fiber rug in the reception area would give the salon a down to earth natural spa like zen feeling. Love the style of the chairs in reception however they are Very Uncomfortable and the brown is just too cold and modern. I do know a fantastic interior decorator and a very talented artist. I will definitely be returning.

She has extensive experience cutting hair and will meet you where you and your hair are and then move you forward in a styled and fresh manner. Yes Josie was great. Yes the color came out great… Yes the receptionist was great… Yes that area was very nice… But what I didn’t like was the salon area. It did not have energy or excitement or creativity. The mirrors are brown… The floor is brown… The stylus wear black… I would paint the mirrors light teal and light turquoise - every other one. I would paint the ceiling royal blue… (needs painting). And the stylists would wear black pants and any color pastel top… How cheerful… Yes I love color and I’m creative… I teach fusing glass… 👩‍🎨

I highly recommend Touch Aveda. The staff is very warm and personable. They offered me some hot tea on a chilly early morning appointment… very comforting. Kayla has worked miracles with my post lockdown hair. She successfully corrected my color, conditioned and cut my hair. She also did something I had never had done before. She applied a light brown color between my foil highlights. The result left my hair with such dimension and depth. It was absolutely gorgeous and soft. I felt like a new person which was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Kayla as an exceptional Hair Designer. She listens and works miracles!

Kayla is a miracle worker! I had been coloring my hair from home via an online hair coloring service during the lockdown and pandemic. After a year and half, my hair was a hot mess. It was at least 4 different colors (not in a good way). I had also been cutting my own hair. After the salons opened, I started researching Aveda salons and stylists. After several months, I narrowed my findings down to Kayla at Touch Aveda Salon &Spa. My first visit was a consult where she immediately recommended a new SAP shampoo/conditioner to provide moisture to my dry brittle hair. After I did the first shampooing/conditioning, my hair completely transformed to softer and healthier looking. I had been using a restorative shampoo which as she explained was only supplying strength nutrients whereas my hair needed moisture. My next appointment was for color and cut. Kayla listened intently as I described what I wanted my hair to look like. The end result was exactly what I was hoping for and more. She not only got the beige blonde highlights but there was depth and dimension. She suggested to color my roots a light brown. This gave my hair such depth. My hair looked thicker shinier and healthy. It was beyond my expectations and I was so pleased. The cut was perfect ( I had brought a picture). I would highly recommend Kayla be your Hair Designer! She can work miracles, make recommendations to improve the cut, color and style you desire and provide an overall positive experience!

Another great hair experience with Kayla! I had pulled up a pic on my phone pf a cut I was looking at and when I arrived for my appt. I couldn’t find it to show her. Instead I described what I was looking for. By the time I was done, I was shocked and had to find the pic on my phone. My haircut was the spitting image of the photo. The only difference was the part down the middle which I choose not to have. We were shocked. It was crazy. My haircut was exactly like the one in the pic. Kayla is so talented. I am so lucky I found her after moving here from AZ!! She is incredible!!!
